2. Links. We do not take any responsibility for the content of any linked page.
3. Price. All prices are including the German Sales Tax (currently 19% or 7%). If you provide a European Tax Ident number, we can deliver without tax ("intracommunity sales") under certain conditions. Otherwise, you have to contact a Tax refund service. If price changes, the price printed in the order acceptance is binding, not the one printed on these pages.
4. Orders. A contract is only closed if we accept your order explicitly or deliver the goods. The confirmation e-mail is not an approval. We reserve the right to deny any order without stating reasons.
5. Binding Law. All contracts are based on German law.
6. Returns. For orders from/delivery to outside Germany, we offer no return policy.
7. Warranties. We provide 24 months warranty as defined by European trade laws. Please contact service@goldelico.com for assistance, as warranty management and repairs are handled differently for different products and suppliers.
8. Ownership. All goods remain our property until completely paid.
9. Export and Re-export. According to European law, exporting goods can be limited or even illegal. Therefore, we must faithfully verify customers who plan to re-export and must decline to deliver.
10. Trademarks. Trademarks and registered Trademarks are the property of the respective owner and are used here only to refer to their goods and services.
11. Privacy. For the operation of this shop we collect and store User data (names, mail-addreses, postal adresses, credit card data, IP addresses, etc.) electronically. These data is not given to third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling the order. E-mail registrations to the Newsletter are only used to contact potential users and this service is voluntary. Cookies are only used to manage the Shopping Cart.
