In case you want to return your purchased goods, please contact us or our logistics center first through logistics@goldelico.com where you will get further instructions, because we can use a special pick-up service through DHL.
According to German law and our AGB resp. terms and conditions you have to pay the return cost from a location within Germany up to 40€ (net value of goods) yourself.
