Our shipment and handling fee (before applying taxation) is calculated as follows:

If you qualify for taxfree shipment EU Intracommunity Delivery or export, we deduce the current German VAT.
If there is no physical shipment (e.g. only a Shareware Enabler Key is distributed by E-Mail), there is no fee.
Export shipments for more than 1000 EUR require more complex and expensive customs clearance process. And freight tariffs are based on approximate weight.
