The following is a translation of the AGB for convenience done with best efforts. In doubt, the German language version of the AGB is legally binding.

- Links. We do not take any responsibility for the content of any linked page.
- Price. All prices are including the German Sales Tax (currently 19% or 7%). If you provide a European Tax Ident number, we can deliver without tax (intracommunity sales"). Otherwise, you have to conatact a Tax refund service. If price changes, the price printed in the order acceptance is binding, not the one printed on these pages.
- Orders. A contract is only closed if we accept your order explicitly or deliver the goods. The confirmation e-mail is not an approval. We reserve the right to deny any order without stating reasons.
- Binding Law. All contracts are based on German law.
- Returns. For orders from/delivery to outside Germany, we offer no return policy.
- Warranties.
We provide 24 months warranty as defined by European trade laws. Please contact service@handheld-linux.com for assistance, as warranty management and repairs are handled differently for different products and suppliers.
- Ownership. All good remain our property until completely paid.
- Export and Re-export.
According to European law, exporting goods can be limited or even be illegal. Therefore, we must faithfully verify customers who plan to re-export and must decline to deliver.
- Trademarks.
Trademarks and registered Trademark are the property of the respective owner and are used here only to refer to their goods and services.
- Privacy. For the operation of this shop we collect and store User data (names, mail-addreses, postal adresses, credit card data, etc.) electronically. These data are not given to third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling the order. E-mail registrations to the Newsletter are only used to contact potential users and this service is voluntary. Cookies are only used to manage the Shopping Cart.
